Sennheiser HD 620S for FOH or monitor mixing
In that price range, custom fit is out of question. IF you find a pair that has a great seal with the rubber ends (not the expanding foam tips), then it could be a better seal than the Sennheisers. The price range of 250 is terrible for IEM, though. IMHO, the Chi-Fi IEMs are your best bet in the low
