I just googled them and they are noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones. You need some wired headphones. Sennheiser HD 25 are the classic ones.

In that price range, custom fit is out of question. IF you find a pair that has a great seal with the rubber ends (not the expanding foam tips), then it could be a better seal than the Sennheisers. The price range of 250 is terrible for IEM, though. IMHO, the Chi-Fi IEMs are your best bet in the low
