Sennheiser Accentum Opens are pretty good from my experience, but their Momentum Four Headphones are fockin killer. Seriously. I've owned so many headphones from different brands and those are just elite.

Sennheiser Accentum Open is what you're looking for. It propably has the best sound quality too out of all the other options anywhere from the world.

The random pauses is probably caused by the "smart pause function", which can be disabled by tapping 3times on the left bud. Me compré hará cosas de año y medio unos Sennheiser Accentum Open y sinceramente son de los mejores auriculares que he tenido. Son algo caros pero para lo que duran son de lo mejor.
