Playing this now in 2026 and thought I was going crazy. Playing on a Series X using a 77” Samsung S95F OLED with a Samsung Q990H 11.1.2 soundbar system. By the end of the Aftermath intro cutscene, the audio was like 2 full seconds ahead of the video.

That’s a Samsung HW-Q990H 11.1.4 with rear speakers and sub. Performs well

Go for Q990H, I have Q930C which i got very cheap in sale and it's amazing. Samsung Q series soundbars are really good and VFM they give is best Vs Sony, Sonos or others.

I have the Hisense 85U78QG I love it. It has a great picture. Hooked up to wifi and zero issues or ads. I have attached to it soundbar Samsung HW-Q990H I am super happy with the setup.

The amount you spent on sound, you could have got the Samsung Q990H/F. Or even better setup a 5.1 AVR setup which would have blown everything out of the water.
