Nvidia Shield Pro or Apple TV for my setup?
Depends on the quality of your soundbar. I honestly have no clue about your model. I got a Samsung Q990F and I absolutely hear the difference between certain audio codecs. Personally, I would not recommend a Shield at this point. Keep your Apple TV until they release a new one and see if they finall

Nvidia Shield Pro vs Homatics box R 4K plus
I have an LG C4 paired with a Samsung Q990F and Homatics Box R 4K Plus with android 12 7954 build, and I’m really enjoying Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD MA, and Dolby Vision FEL Profile 7 with CoreELEC running.

Ugoos vs shield for Dolby vision FEL?
I’ll just add that it’s the only device that plays Dolby Vision Profile 7 FEL AND Dolby TrueHD Atmos. That was what made it an easy decision for me. I bought the Samsung Q990F system and wanted the best vision with the best sound possible and this is the only device that does both. Honestly just buy

Is Nvidia shield pro 2 the only device that smoothly handles 80-100gb remux files?
No issues at all with DV. Plus it supports all audio formats. I literally have zero issues playing 100gb remux.
