So much for the battery life advantage...
Sorry for your less than ideal experience. My OP Watch 3 lasts more than 5 days on a full charge on Smart Mode with AOD ON with 25% left when I charge it. Good enough for my use case and better than my primary smartwatch (Samsung GWU)... What was your shitty experience with yours? By the way I also

Anyone considering Pixel Watch 4
I am, already pre-ordered actually. Charging times for the GWU are a mess. It needs about 90-120 min each morning. Plus I don't like being restricted by the fact that I don't have a Samsung phone.

Any Galaxy Watch Ultra 2024 with battery problems
I'm also having a dud of a GWU. Battery barely lasts 48h (aod of, loc off, nfc off, hey google off) Samsung really sold us a POS.

Samsung Galaxy Watch users report poor battery life after recent updates
Which update? It's been poor for a while and even lagging on GWU - it never used to lag. Typical for Samsung.

How do I get rid of the Continuity Service?
Thanks in advance, but do you perhaps know why it uses so much power? Before this, I had the GW4, and I either didn't notice it in the battery consumption at all, or very little, and definitely not as much as with the GW Ultra now.

After 8 years of Apple Watch... hat to try something new
I own the Galaxy Watch Ultra. My partners Apple Watch SE3 is smoother, has nicer haptics and the battery is the same as my ultra. The crown also feels so much nicer and the display looks more crisp than the GWU. And that's the Apple watch SE3. The Apple Watch Ultra battery lasts so much longer than

Have you ever switched from Android to iPhone or the other way around? What made you switch?
I switched from Samsung to Apple mainly because of Apple Watch Ultra, and iPhone 17. I’m happy with my switch. AWU is just plainly a better device than Galaxy Watch Ultra across the board. Love the flexibility, the integration, how precise it is, and the aesthetics. It’s also masterfully optimized -

Upgrade from Watch 4 to 2025 Ultra?
I upgraded in spring when my GW4 could not stay on for a 3 hour bike ride. Got a decent deal at the time on the gwu in white, it worked great until about two weeks ago ( screen started to flicker, battery dying without a reason ) and i have to mail it back to Samsung for repairs.
