Yes the galaxy watch has quick access to Samsung health available in oneui to measure body composition check the exercise intensity stress levels and the gw8 has antioxidant index. For me the most important are the sleep coaching and the exercise tracker 👏🔥

Get rid of the 7. Starting from watch 8, samsung has added dual band gps which is a big deal if you are into running because it locks on to your location faster and gives you a more accurate distance traveled. Of the 6 different Samsung watch models I've owned (inclusive Ultra) I can honestly say the watch 8 Classic is my favourite. Perfect blend of functionality and style, great for both casual and smart.

I don't really know the Tizen (pre-WearOS) stuff. I should point out that Tizen for snartwatches is no longer being developed. So if you want a modern smartwatch that will run Alexa for WearOS and much else besides, then a Pixel watch or Samsung GW7 or GW8 would be a better way to go. IMO of course.

I second the Garmin if you have iPhone, but can be pricey. If Samsung, the Ultra. The 2024 model is a deal, but they all work well. I'm currently using the Ultra 24, GW8 and GW8 Classic.
