Galaxy Watch 7

Hi everyone so a few days ago I purchase a galaxy watch 7 and l've had an issue with the watch arriving in box unsealed and no strap included even though I remember choosing a strap, Samsung support keeps reiterating how I didn't choose a strap and refuse to give me a voucher that covers the amount

Any ideas on what to do with this? Cost of repair is an absolute joke. Are there any cases I could use that might bring less atention to the cracked screen?

Back in November of last year I got an email from Samsung telling me that I could trade in my Galaxy Watch 4 for a $200 credit toward a new Galaxy Watch 7. The GW7 was also $200 on sale so I felt like I couldn't pass up such a good deal, right?! So I ordered it and went through the trade-in process
