Samsung Galaxy tab series S support Wacom EMR. The S10 FE or S10 edition are more affordable than the flagship Ultra model. Advice for tablet
Based on your budget, you can definitely tablet with 4 or more GB of RAM. A refurbished Samsung Tab A9+ with 8 gigs should be within your budget and a new one might even be on a close out sale. The S6 Lite (2024 version) is nice and in your range, but only has 4 GB. The older S5e has a nicer screen
