Maybe a used Samsung tab s6 from 2024 or a tab s10 fe? Or you could settle with any cheap, non-stylus tablet and get a touch pen to draw with (you know, that rubber stuff on the other end of some pens, that grandma uses to type with). That budget is kinda low for a good performing tablet with smart
