Anyone have an issue when u take a screenshot and then your device freezes, and then u have to let it die then recharge it and it's fine?

To draw, multimedia and for note taking, which do you think is best? Galaxy Tab a9+, Redmi Pad 2 or NXTPaper 11+?
I know their specs are roughly the same, but I have heard that the Redmi Pad 2 has had a particularly rougher time lately with Youtube because of its outdaded processor.
