Redmi Pad Pro , Mi Pad 5/6/7 if you are going for samsung , you will need their S Series not the A series. I have the Samsung Tab A7 and after 1.5 years I cannot download Genshin anymore, it has the cloud version but not the non-cloud.

Samsung devices have specific "secure" drivers which are against root (from what I've read). Also Mediatek samsungs (like the tab a7 lite here) the kernels are incomplete leading to instability and connectivity loss (no wifi)

This could be worth checking out. I was thinking of running some kind of home server on my rooted Samsung tab A7. But I very much doubt it will be able to handle much.
