First, I’m a happy Roborock customer and have had the QRevo (original) for 2.5 years with no issues other than the occassional cord/hand towel/shoe lace tangle. Absolutely second this recommendation. I got a Roborock Qrevo Edge S5A on Prime day for $700 and I love it so xfi that I just got a second one for upstairs on Black Friday sale for $550. We have both hardwood and LVP. You're good. Bona being pushed by flooring companies is a scam, in my opinion.

Sounds like a defective unit to me. I bought the QREVO edge from Roborock during their Black Friday sale. I previously had a shark matrix vacuum only robot for about a year that I HATED. The roborock edge has cleaned my floors so well that I basically only have to do touch up mops to my “no go” area
