Seriously regret buying Roborock.
I've had the qrevo curv since January of this year and this is going on the second time it needs to be fixed. Issue being the mop heads only don't always go down during a cycle. Like it will start out great and then in the middle of the cycle the mop heads just stop spinning. Sometimes if I catch it

What are y’all’s opinions on the best all around bang for your buck roborocks?
Je déconseille Roborock. Produits chers, peu fiables et aucun service client. S8 Pro Ultra acheté fin 2024 (~2 500 $ CAD). Erreur 13 / recharge après ~2 ans → robot quasi inutilisable. Support Canada : renvoi vers une promo publique, puis “geste” de 30 $ CAD. Après escalade : offre Qrevo Curv 2 Flow
