Redragon M612 predator gaming mouse. Great performance for a very low price, plus if you get the app with the mouse then configuration capabilities make it even more worth it. As far as your lag issue FPS Drops can look like lag, I'm sure you know that. Maybe check your MTU setting on your computer

I need a setup with dual monitors for music production and some light gaming, $1500 budget US.
Here is an edit of my recent build for a workstation with light gaming. Changed you out on my case, cooler, fans, and power supply. Mouse and keyboard may be more than what i got them for, but redragon has some really great value stuff, very happy with mine. Edited to be all black build PCPartPicker
