What the F happened to Razer??
If you want to stick with Razer, return what you purchased and get the Viper V4 pro, it uses the web driver. I think maybe the DAV V4 does too?

well the razer viper v4 pro and the deathadder v4 pro both have optical scrollwheel encoders and the viper v3 pro has a small pcb for the mouse buttons and scrollwheel encoder wich can be replaced easily with a replacement part bought from pmm. obviously you could just buy another cheaper mouse ther

Need help choosing between basilisk v3 pro 35k wireless mouse with razer mouse dock pro or viper v4 pro
The viper v4 pro is better if you want better battery life, optical scroll wheel, the most advanced sensor and the lightest weight razer mouse. The battery life will drain very fast on basilisk v3 pro 35k at 8k polling rate especially if you use it with RGB on while viper v4 pro lasts 45 hours at 8k
