Thanks for replies, some razer worker contacted me, and i have a dongle specific for viper v3 pro and it will not be able to work, the retail hyperpooling dongle is not being shipped to my country, so just stupid to not be able to make a 40 dollars dongle work for every mouse

The dongle that comes with the Viper v3 Pro is a different SKU from the normal retail HP dongle. It has a different firmware, and hardware ID, and Synapse will only pair it with a Viper v3 Pro mouse. Razer did not want you to be able to share it with other mice, and lose sales of retail Hyperpolling
