i've used both and white is definitely grippier for dry hands. the black one has that smooth coating like the dav3 but gets slippery when cold. white has a slightly textured finish that grips better after a few minutes of use. both are good but if you have dry hands go white. here's the Razer Viper

Depending on budget, personally I like razer viper v3 pro a lot - and am contemplating V4 (even though its likely quite miniscule upgrade). They're on the expensive side of mice though, like logitech. But if you are on tighter budget, there's quite a lot of good mice from Pulsar, Endgame gear, etc.
