I've had the Razer viper ultimate inbuilt grips worn down Razer viper v3 scroll wheel issues Razer headset can't remember the name snapped after a year cheap plastic very comfy when it worked though Had 14 other mice from other companies never a problem and usually cheaper

I have Razer Viper Ultimate for nearly 5 years with this rubber sides and what i can tell you is just to accept this wearing off. I don't know who had the brilliant idea to make the sides of the mouse out of rubber, I've tried stickers but honestly they doesn't do much

As you mentioned even in keyboards and mice they have lot of flaws, I purchased a $100 razer viper ultimate and it was an ultimate fraud. The charging port broke within a month of me buying it, the scroll wheel started bugging within the next months and recently the baterry has been extremely shitty
