If your gaming headset broke tomorrow what kind of a replacement model would you go looking for?

I got the razer kraken v4 pro, its a 3-400 dollar headset but dammit, between the thx modes and haptic feedback its the most immersive and soundstage accurate headset I've owned. Went from turtle beach stealth pros and the difference is very noticeable. I know razer has shitty build quality but thes

I just bought the razer kraken v4 pro and I’m very satisfied so far, a bit pricey but it’s very nice, you can adjust the haptic settings( surround sound), side tone , audio EQ, can even change the input source on it and comes with a little control hub to adjust these settings

Kraken V3 Pro vs Kraken V4 Pro

Yeah for certain sound modes and the thx stuff S4 has to be up and du manage their but honestly I habe other razer products so I need it anyways I usually use 1 or 2 settings and keep em on. Sound options for sim racing, speakers or headset?

I use headphones, but that is more so due to my simrig being in a pretty open spot and I don't want to subject my SO to car noises and random voices all day. For me, I have found balancing the sound quality and battery life important. My go to gaming headphones are Audeze Maxwells. They are really w

Kraken V4 Pro - Microphone issues from Synapse (not headset)

You are right, you should not. Mine are working fine in both wireless and wired mode (but mic not always shows as default), I just checked. Seems like your drivers are corrupted. There is razer driver uninstall utility, it's for synapse 3, but it worked with my kraken v4 pro, you should try it.

So is audeze Maxwell worth it?

I’ve got the razer kraken v4 pro and they are amazing. Especially in cod. I use the v shape eq with a lot of bass and mids in the middle and highs well… high. Synapse 4 is a pain but once you get the updates and add everything to the hub then no need for synapse. Metal in parts that’s needed and lig
