Recently got the Kraken V4 Pro myself, and I encounter sound going low and high with some scratches. It's totally random, sometimes I encouter no problems. As I can see everywhere, I'm not alone. How can a company like Razer can let this kind of issue happen for so long and on expensive products lik

I shorten it with Qwen 3 I’ve used Razer products for years, switching fully to their ecosystem a few years ago when Synapse 3 was still current. While I had minor issues with it, the real problems began with Synapse 4. Shortly after its release, I bought the Razer Kraken V4 Pro and was forced to up

About 2 weeks ago i purchased the Kraken v4 pro and ended up having to disconnect it from my system completely. It was making my system Hard Crash and the only way to restore things was to physically turn the power off and on at the wall. I personally blame synapse 4 for it,as i back tested it with

I got issues with both my Razer Kraken V4 Pro and my Nommo V2 Pro... Let's start with my Razer Kraken V4 Pro. For some reason, only my left ear works or very rarely my right ear works but at a way lower volume than my left ear. Doesn't matter which device, my PC (via wireless hyperspeed or wired), m

They always break in the same spot. The upside? Best Buy’s warranty makes it easy to exchange them… though it means w

I agree with you here, just like you I had the Nari ultimate headset which I absolutely loved, but age got the better of it.So I also purchased the Kraken v4 and the sound is god damn awful not to mention synapse 4 which is just as bad. They are like a match made in hell. The headset itself sounds like

I bought it and it is fucking garbage. The chat/game balance physical knob is on the wrong side of the headset and is super slow to tune with no sensitivity settings. My previous headset Kraken V4 Pro is also horrible as it loses audio randomly during firefights in game all the time. Don't buy razer

Similar thing with me also i purchase the Kraken v4pro,along with the Naga pro v2,and the huntsman analog v2 as i liked the Huntsman analog keyboard. Hooked them all up to my pc,installed synapse 4 everything seemed to be working as planned. Suddenly a few hours later every time i launched a full sc

Razer hardware is decent, not the best not the worst, but the software is terrible all my macrcos get recent, my mouse will randomly turn my pc on, and when I got the new razer kraken V4 Pros and tried to use the chat/game function it crashed my entire audio drivers and would freeze my pc so hard I’
