I bought it and it is fucking garbage. The chat/game balance physical knob is on the wrong side of the headset and is super slow to tune with no sensitivity settings. My previous headset Kraken V4 Pro is also horrible as it loses audio randomly during firefights in game all the time. Don't buy razer

Razer hardware is decent, not the best not the worst, but the software is terrible all my macrcos get recent, my mouse will randomly turn my pc on, and when I got the new razer kraken V4 Pros and tried to use the chat/game function it crashed my entire audio drivers and would freeze my pc so hard I’
