M5 Max 40 core matches RTX 5090 laptop in Blender 5.1
Yeah you are right, we should look at averages, though it makes difference slightly smaller. Razer Blade 16 with 5090 - 246W peak - 177W avg(external monitor)MBP 16 M4 Max - 145W peak, 107W avgMBP 16 M5 Pro - 145W peak, 80W avg Still big difference. IMO its clear that Apple is ahead in GPU departmen

Laptop actually got fixed
I've recently had some issues with my Blade 16 2025, and all up other than it being a slow process it actually went quite well. So the story of my Blade 16 2025 is I got it on release last year. Received in April. All was good, no issues with the trackpad on mine until July. Then the issue that othe

2021 blade 14 Poor battery life
This is mostly because you aren't installing Windows from the factory image available for download from Razer with your serial number. The difference between a clean Windows install and the Razer factory image is that the factory image has power management drivers specific to the Blade 14, 15, 16, a

To my previous post where I couldn't run Tears of the Kingdoms at 60fps and my laptop meets the requirements, I don't know what I'm doing wrong?
As said before the game run fine on my desktop RTX4090+i9 12900K, but run bad on my laptop razer blade 16 Oled 5080 + amd ryzen ai 9 365 on any emulator cannot hit the 60fps, I think my cpu is not enought to run the game at 60fps.

Is the gap really that big?
As someone who deeply regrets buying a razer blade 16 "4090", yes this is very true. I fell for their marketing, bitch gets so hot my gpu never goes beyond 60% utilization, cpu constantly throttling at 100C even tho I got a active cooling stand with the nose of a starting jet. In general it's a horr

Razer 2025 16" 5090 run things with HX370 instead of 5090 no matter what I tell it to use.
Razer blade 16 2025 type c ports are only wired to the I-gpu. You can’t use your builtin gpu with those ports. You’re Kinda out of luck with this one.

Zephyurs G16: 2026 RTX 5080 vs 2026 RTX 5090
Well, considering that everyone sensible uses G-Helper, the “manual mode” you’re talking about is basically the default mode to run the laptop on when plugged in. For example, the 2025 G16 is reaching 130W on the GPU also “only in manual mode”. Even though it is 120W+10W, it holds 130W (even oversho

Experiences with the top of the line Blade 16 before purchase?
just get a lenovo legion 7. 5-15% better 5090 performance than any other 5090 laptop and a 900 nit oled screen. razer blade screens aren't as bright, have worse performance, and have issues with cooling i think. though the one advantage of razer is you get a much more efficient processors. so maybe
