M5 Max 40 core matches RTX 5090 laptop in Blender 5.1
Yeah you are right, we should look at averages, though it makes difference slightly smaller. Razer Blade 16 with 5090 - 246W peak - 177W avg(external monitor)MBP 16 M4 Max - 145W peak, 107W avgMBP 16 M5 Pro - 145W peak, 80W avg Still big difference. IMO its clear that Apple is ahead in GPU departmen

Returning Razer 16 to Keep G14
There should be a pretty big gap in performance but I agree with you on the Blade 16 overall. It is not nearly as seamless as using the G14/G16. I’ve been testing the 5090 model for a week now and I’m a bit disappointed. It’s really good “overall” but the power tuning isn’t great, speakers are meh,

Laptop actually got fixed
I've recently had some issues with my Blade 16 2025, and all up other than it being a slow process it actually went quite well. So the story of my Blade 16 2025 is I got it on release last year. Received in April. All was good, no issues with the trackpad on mine until July. Then the issue that othe

2021 blade 14 Poor battery life
This is mostly because you aren't installing Windows from the factory image available for download from Razer with your serial number. The difference between a clean Windows install and the Razer factory image is that the factory image has power management drivers specific to the Blade 14, 15, 16, a

Window users can't argue on this
No no no, mate Razer whenever you contact them open a ticket and close it. You get no response, you get no action. I even tried SARs, nothing. Took it to the ICO, they said it doesn't warrant investigating. I bought the cheapest Lenovo on eBay, was a slim 5 or something? Idk, cheap, bought it for Li

Razer Blade 16 (2026)
i've been following the blade 16 updates and honestly the trackpad and battery stuff still pops up here and there on newer units. what helped me before was grabbing a good cooling pad to keep temps down - that tends to slow battery swell. also worth checking the razer subreddit for owner threads fro

Experiences with the top of the line Blade 16 before purchase?
I have a Blade 16 (can’t remember the year but it has a 4090). Synapse isn’t great, battery bloat is a very prevalent issue for Razer (hasn’t happened to me though) and their prices are usually well over the competition. I got mine as a gift so that’s why I love it but if I had to use my own money I

Why does my Razer software use so much RAM ? I just have 1 mouse, optimize your software please.
I have to run a beta version of the razer app on my blade 16 rtx4090. That is abandoned by razer. Reason is that if I don't use this one the laptop thinks it doesn't get enough power to run. Not fixed in the new versions since over 2 years now and the beta version never went anywhere either. A lapto

Experiences with the top of the line Blade 16 before purchase?
just get a lenovo legion 7. 5-15% better 5090 performance than any other 5090 laptop and a 900 nit oled screen. razer blade screens aren't as bright, have worse performance, and have issues with cooling i think. though the one advantage of razer is you get a much more efficient processors. so maybe

Revit on MacBook M5 Max
Thanks for the link, KevinLynneRush. Yes, I’ve read through most of the available discussions, and respectfully, I know the best option is to just stick with a Windows-based laptop. My current setup is the 2023 Razer Blade 16, which has an Intel Core i9-13950HX (13th Gen, 24 cores, up to 5.5 GHz) an
