I have the same. Seems everyone with a BlackShark V3 Pro have it. Sadly we have no official statement from Razer, if this is how it should be now.

Absolutely not, I’ve owned 3 HyperX headsets over the past 5 years. All of them have broken, mic stopped working on all of them. I just bought a Razer BlackShark V3 Pro, hoping it holds up longer.

I bought the Black Shark V3 Pro and was disappointed when I realized I couldn't get your ear pads for them. I've been using razer headsets, mice and keyboards for at least 10 years and the quality has gotten worse with every newer piece I bought, even the the high end headsets. Just get logitech or any other reputable brand. Don't buyt BlackShark V3 Pro, Kraken V4 Pro especially I have both they both are

I have the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), and the right clip thingy just below the headband broke open halfway. Does the quality of the V3 Pro feel better?
