BlackShark V3 Pro

I have the same. Seems everyone with a BlackShark V3 Pro have it. Sadly we have no official statement from Razer, if this is how it should be now.

Absolutely not, I’ve owned 3 HyperX headsets over the past 5 years. All of them have broken, mic stopped working on all of them. I just bought a Razer BlackShark V3 Pro, hoping it holds up longer.

I've been using razer headsets, mice and keyboards for at least 10 years and the quality has gotten worse with every newer piece I bought, even the the high end headsets.
