BlackShark V2 Pro

Got a while ago a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro from amazon as I needed a decend wireless headset and finding out now, that I cant use it properly whenever that pos software Synpse is offline? Can change any of the setting but also: if synapse is turned off, the headset output and mic are just garbage. so

I just picked up a new BlackShark v3 pro. I’m using on my PS5 and I noticed that the sound quality is bad when it turns on. Everything sounds tinny and lacks depth. I also have the Blackshark V2 pro that I got in 2021 and it sounds better. Only after I press the EQ button once does the issue go away

tbh i have the razer black shark v2 pro 2023 with synapse 4. Try to avoid the software until maybe januari 2026. The THX surround sound doens't work properly along with other issues. I had contact with tech support and they are aware of the issues with Synapse 4. For surround sound i use Dolby Acces

I appreciate you getting back to me about this, but I guess we're not taking about the same BlackShark V2 vs V3. I would be pretty disappointed if the mic turned out worse, because that's one of the better features on the V2 Pro. I do recall in some research reading that the V3 Pro didn't downgrade
