Barely 2 Months old Basilisk V3 Pro, despite weekly Cleaning, it got yellow on the Rubber part permanently...

Yeah it's terrible. It's the oil from your hands -- I have the same problem and am constantly washing my hands. The oil just can't be helped though. So yeah, either black one or grip tape. I've got white grip tape over both rubber sides so I've still got the white aesthetic AND... the grip tape does

Been gaming since the PS2 era and never damaged a controller. My GameSir G7 Pro was awful—lasted less than a month, and support wouldn’t help because I bought it on eBay. I have high hopes for this Razer. Joined the green family 💚

Oh nononono. They have fucking problems; I mainly buy mouse+kb. I am currently at my 3rd Blackwidow V3 Pro. Switches failed, battery exploded, wheel failed on every model (2x V2, 3x V3 Pro). I had a razer firefly combo, but after around 2 years the capacitor failed and the mouse wouldn't hold the ch

[US] Razer HyperFlux V2 Never In Stock

Thank you for doing the Lord’s work and finding this out for us… I am feeling enraged! I spent whatever it was like $300 on the original hyperflux + mamba setup when it came out, and I loved it for about three years until it started having all of its issues that everyone else had a lot earlier with

Razer Basilisk Pro 35K Scroll Wheel Issues - Now happening with my replacement

Not the same mouse and the same problem, but Basilisk V3 here. The scroll wheel clicks don't get always registered, ruining gaming completely for me. But... it is the 4th mouse in 1 year and 8 months this happens now...Fun to see there is absolutely 0 quality assurance. But yeah, issues like that se

mouse scrolls when i lift it

So, this is happening to me too, and has been for a while. Of note: it only happens on every second scroll notch. If I arbitrarily label the notches starting at 1, then notch 1 will work normally, notch 2 will cause this problem when I lift and set down the mouse, notch 3 will work normally, notch 4

April Technical Support Sticky

my basilisk v3 pro, which I bought 3 years ago at most (not sure) has had the middle mouse button just randomly decide when to work and when not to work and it has become an extremely inconsistent input method. Even my Blackwidow V4 pro that I bought new in August 2024 has several keys that either d

i bought a g502 lightspeed years ago, installed ghub, configured everything on onboard memory, uninstalled, and never had an issue ever since, weird... i guess if my g502 broke id have to buy the g502 x, but afaik the only problem is software (like every gaming brand) i tried many other mice, razer

Long time Razer fan here and I WONT BUY RAZER ANYMORE!!!

My razer basilisk v3 pro mouse scroll wheel stopped working. I’m currently waiting on the replacement. From what I hear is that it will just happen again. I bought a death adder V4 pro so I’m not without a mouse on my pc. I like the deathadder so far. My kraken v3 pro was replaced due to having unev

Is this normal for a hard left-click on the Basilisk V3? does anyone else have this?

I hope this comment helps people reading it in future but I got a brand new Basilisk V3, there was this exact problem. Opened a ticket on Razer support and it is indeed a defect according to their response. So if you got one with this hard sound issue when releasing clicks, you can get it replaced.
