People will tell you Bambu is great bla bla bla.. but the most important things in 3D printing in general is that you need to learn how to print, don't settle for mediocre results, learn to troubleshoot and work on your 3D printers. Ask for advice and always be ready to learn in the process. Bambu w

I just got a Q2 Combo a couple weeks ago and it's been solid. I haven't done any modifications to the printer yet, but at the very least, I am going to print the part cooling duct upgrade. I have not done any other calibrations since the initial setup calibration routine. No specific filament tuning

As others have said. Bambu is easy mode and the Apple of 3d printers. Works great but pretty locked down. Open source, repairability, and future proofing (in terms of software and privacy) is more important to me so I went with the Qidi q1 and now have the Q2 combo. Both are great workhorses, just n

How technology savvy are you? The Bambu ecosystem is fairly fool-proof, but the P1S and P2S have some compromises that others do not. If you’re at somewhat technically capable and willing, I’d consider something else. I wouldn’t consider Flashforge due to privacy concerns, which you can read about o

Then the Pruse Core One + Kit, rhe P2S Combo or the QIDI Q2 Combo, QIDI Max4 3D Printer maybe. Overall, the Prusa Core One+ Kit (with indx later) is probably the best overall option.

Carbon capable? You mean you're looking for a printer that can handle carbon fiber stuff, particularly nylons? Get the Qidi Q2 Combo instead. Does everything the Centauri Carbon does, but better because it has a heated chamber and a hotter hotend, so you can credibly print PPS too. Also, the Centaur

That's tough on the pricing honestly. Personally, I'd go for a CoreXY printer over the bedslingers (e.g. Ender, Neptune, A1 on your list). CoreXY is a bit more complicated but in general better print quality and faster. You don't get too much into expected usage, but are you going to want or 'need'

I ordered a Q2 Combo that said In Stock until I received it without a qidi box. They have some real deceptive marketing practices but seems to be the norm for 3D printers companies in that region.

Kobra S1 was my first ever 3D Printer. Thankfully i know Better now. I understand why people on 3D Printing hate and make fun of Anycubic Printers Im happy with my Snapmaker U1 and am planing to replace the Kobra S1 with P2S Combo or Q2 Combo

I have had my Q2 for a little over 2 months and over 200 hours printing on it. Mostly multi color with the qidibox and have only had one part in a multi part print fail because it didn’t stick to the plate so it is probably partially my fault. This is also my first 3d printer and first time using 3d
