also sharing something here One very good pair of headphones is QCY H3 PRO ANC they arent so expensive and they have been helping me a lot. its dbs its on 50 about earbuds there is QCY HT05 ANC they are also very good with dbs on 40 both are very comfortable and with a decent price

Recomendação de fone pra bloquear barulho do meu irmão autista nível 3 e eu (nível 1) conseguir estudar em paz (ele escuta música no volume máximo 24h/dia e grita o dia todo)
Também sou autista com nível de suporte 1. Uso o QCY H3 Pro. Não soluciona 100% do problema, mas o cancelamento de ruído com uma música de fundo é excelente pelo preço.
