Q Acoustics is a British audio speaker design company, a little pricy, but well reviewed. I really like their M20 USB/bluetooth speakers, which are equally adept at being your living room TV speakers as they are at giving your PC some proper hifi audio.

There's a bit of a hump in the midrange, but otherwise they're fairly neutral. Being nearfield monitors makes it more difficult to create that 3D sound

If you are in the UK, have a £300 budget for speakers, and are committed to a TT> Active speakers system, buy the Q Acoustics M20 speakers. They are more of a multi-purpose amplification system. Add a cheap streamer from Wiim, and you have everything and great sound. Look at Richer Sounds or Amazon
