LAB X2F

I tried every other ftip mouse and only X2F have usable side buttons. Others have strange placement for my big fingers. Also I hope Pulsar will give us updated version with optical switches, which none other ftip mouse have other than Miao.

I have a similar setup. Fingertip mouse (pulsar X2F) with a wrist glide. I dont use the delta hub one but something similar. I used to always plant my wrist to make micro adjustments, then lift my wrist for tracking. So I agree, being able to have your wrist planted at all times is a game changer.

I THINK my endgame would be the pulsar x2f, but it's 180 euros and has terrible specs, and I think even after I find my endgame I'll still be buying a few just cause.

Sent video into Pulsar showing them my issue. Got back to day from a work trip and checked the website again and they have added the software download for X2F to their website. I downloaded that and updated everything and its running smooth now!

You could try the Fenrir max, WLmouse Miao or maybe the Pulsar x2f for bigger shapes. Have you tried using grip tape on the asym? Could make the shape feel bigger

No it's definitely not over for you. My joints most affected by RA are my wrists and fingers and yet I'm still able to play TF2 at a high level. I bought some pulsar super glides along with the mouse purchase, tested the original skates on my cloth pad and they didn’t feel as good as the stock ones on my Pulsar X2F so I committed to the swap, other than that, the mouse has been pretty awesome!
