CORE One+

Unfortunately having the same issues and the more I print on the Core One, the more I regret the upgrade from my well printing MK4S to the Core One. Don’t have anything else than the Prusa belt tuner. But obviously all the things you’ve tried ain’t made a difference at all.

The whole things been a disaster and it could have been entirely avoided by clear communication at the very beginning; they merely had to communicate with customers to allow them to make a choice. I have to say i'm still disappointed.The main selling point for me was that i can print every material with the INDX. That was one of the points with which they really got me. From that perspective the INDX looked like a very rational option. Then came the Prusa preorder wich made the 4 Tool option

On my prusa core one plus both x/y servo motors failed creating layer shifts support didnt really help as i had to explain to them every day the exact same thing (6+ hours everyday wasted) refunded and went to bambulab and had literally 0 hardware issues.

If you are thinking about buying a printer now, then there is no question. You have to go for X2D. You may not like BL as the company, but their products are reliable, they especially shine at things that need precision. INDX, on the other hand, is at a "beta" phase right now. By "core XY origin calibration", do you mean the "homing calibration" that clunks around in the front-right corner of the printer? If so, it kinda sounds like you already did some troubleshooting. Definitely make sure your gantry is perfectly square and your belt tensions are in the recommended rang
