The Fluance to buy is the better RT82 that adds a speed sensor for lower wow and flutter and speed variation and the speed won't drift over time. Thanks! They're Polk XT70's. I started with the XT15's after trying a few others and fell in love with the sound, so I upgraded to these for the bigger sound, while staying in that line and have been extremely satisfied with them.

Vanguard Caldera 10 is a highly regarded subwoofer for $200, add a set of Polk XT15 speakers for $150 and a nice little amp like the Fosi BT20A for $100 and you have a nice clear 2.1 system with solid bass for $450
