Forget about the Polk ES10. You'll get much better results with an SVS subwoofer like the SB-1000 Pro orPB-1000 Pro.

I'm definitely more on the budget side of audiophile LOL, I just have it hooked up to my Denon S760H. Totally pales in comparison to the gear you've got! My sub is an RSL 10s MKii (just the one), and then I have to swap out my Polk ES10 surrounds for the KEF Q150s. I use mine primarily for gaming an

You have a great setup for your needs! Nice sub choice too! I would recommend trying a second sub, it's a game changer. I agree they need better rep and from what I read the Carinas were Andrew Jones first design with the Jet tweeter which seems to have been more balanced sound compared to even Elac

Thanks for your concern—I understand this is not the proper setup for an “Atmos Mixing Studio” using the height speaker position not the top speaker. I’m going to use this setup as a simple audio monitoring system for music production in Atmos format, not for professional atmos mixing Also Polk ES10

At your budget I would look for a little older home theater receiver on FB Marketplace that has a phono input. You can find one the doesn’t have 4K and it would be under $50. They’ll then have more power to drive stereo speakers. Then put the rest of your money into the speakers. Maybe the Polk ES15

If you're ok with TV speaker maybe a huge upgrade is not what you need. If you go home theater setup route how about just two good reasonable price bookshelf speakers... something with built in subwoofer to get just enough bass.... check out perhaps polk audio es15 or if bigger apartment es20, then

As told to you, you would not get much low frequency extension from Polk ES10. (Polk themselves are marketing them as surround speakers. I.e. not for stereo systems in the first place.) Polk ES20 does 41 Hz to 20+ kHz. Polk ES15 does 44 Hz to 20+ kHz. (Probably -3dB points that Polk uses. Or -6dB.)
