Moving from forerunner 255 to vantage M3
I’ve been using a Vantage V2 for about 3yrs originally for mtb and now for running as well. I’ve been using it and a HR10 for serious fitness /running tracking and found the combination good. I’ve been using the Polar running program (including the FitSpark exercises) and adding in my own workouts.

Polar - the future or perhaps just the past?
