Ignite 3

Hopefully it heralds an update and more comprehensive presentation in the Polar app. Otherwise likely DOA. And I hope that’s not the case as I like my Polar Ignite 3 but hate the dated look of how information is presented.

I've been using a polar watch for years, it's perfect. I currently have an ignite 3, it looks much better on a skinny woman's wrist than any garmin. I use the H10 HRM for training, it's flawless. It's European and much cheaper than the garmin.

I own a Polar Ignite 3 Titanium too, and yes, it’s designed exactly for what you described. I wear it day and night - it’s lightweight so it’s barely noticeable while sleeping. The M3 and the X2 are newer models with maps and navigation, so it may be worth the price.

The article mentions Pacer X as well, found in the Flow app but no mention of a release date. Due to not liking the style of most smartwatches, Ignite 3 Titanium is the only watch in the Polar line up that I would consider wearing, so I had been waiting for an Ignite 4 Titanium before committing to

I have the Ignite 3, doesn't feel chunky and while not the most advanced Polar watch, I find it has everything I personally want :)

If you have thinner wrists or if you like a slimmer watch, the Ignite 3 is the best Polar can offer. But if your style and character lean towards a more built body the Vantage M3 is not a bad choise either.

None of their watches (except for Unite) are that much different for casual user. I would advise getting the one that looks/feels best on your hand. Given the chance to get anything from Polar catalog I would go with Ignite 3 Titanium (now own Pacer Pro).
