Grit X

My current Polar (Grit X) is also my last Polar watch. The technology is constantly playing up and customer service is virtually non-existent.

Polar Grit X Pro: 4 years, daily use. The sensor started to get unreliable, the screen got dimmer, some buttons started to stick... It was just time to retire the watch.

The firmware update has crashed my Polar Grit X2 Pro: the watch keeps rebooting. I have opened a ticket at Polar’s support and I am waiting for their feedback…

Had the same thing with my Suunto 9. It occurred more often after that and then the battery died. I also had the same on my Polar Grit X. But there it turned out a button was a little stuck.

Thanks! I'll be training with a strap most of the times anyway, so I am used to that. I know the Zepp app is limited, but imho most apps are. But if the data IS available, exportable and above all reliable, I can perhaps use a third party tool for it. But it has to be there. My current Polar Grit X

I thought I was the only one. I used my laptop polar flow app which seems to catch the miles and when I did a factory reset it logged in the miles but back to the same predicament and also filed a support ticket. (Polar Grit X Pro)
