Interesting that they got rid of the removable tech sleeve, which I think has been the signature Refugio thing for a while - my coworker has a pretty old one that has it. Very late to this post! I have the Patagonia Refugio 30L and have only used it for airport travel so far. No issues with it, and I think the specific airlines I used it with were Delta and American Airlines. I always used it as a carry-one, and it fits well underneath the seat. All of that to say...
