Yes, I think 22 liters is on the small size for technical day hikes and chalet overnights. 30 liters is okay. 40 liters is where I'd say it's too big. Haven’t used Gregory Miko. But I have the Talon Pro 20 and i swear by it. Talon series is a best seller. Ive used mine for 300km and can’t complain. The only Osprey bag a bit better imo is Stratos 24 because of their breathable mesh back.
