In my household we have an Osprey Qasair 26 and an Osprey Nebula 32. Both would fit your requirements. I am 4'10" and find the Qasair slightly more comfortable than the Nebula, but have used the Nebula on long trips (7-9 weeks) with no issues.

I have been very happy with my Osprey Nebula 32. It has side compression straps so I can cinch it down when it's not full. I have never understood the hype about the 26 + 6. The extra zip just adds weight, it has no compression straps and the backpack straps are way more flimsy than on the Nebula.

I did something similar - 12 days in an Osprey Nebula 32. I sink washed every night, so didn't have to wear anything twice without washing.
