I use my Osprey Atmos 65 AG pack all year round. I regularly carry 18kg (food & water included) very easily. It's extremely comfortable, just make sure you get the right size. Can't recommend it enough.

I love my Osprey Atmos 65 AG. Roomy, comfy, supportive, and makes 15-20kg feel impressively easy to carry. The current model has two flay zips to get into the middle of the main compartment from either side too, which I’ve not seen in any reviews. (Probably because it’s a fairly new feature?)
