CORE One L Price increase from April 7th

Prusa really needs to figure out a way to cut some cost. They are simply not competitive. Why would I pay 2k (plus 200 dollar shipping) for a printer that is less capable than my 800 dollar printer. I love my Core One, but admittedly my P2S is considerably better and cost half the price. Same with t

CORE One L Price increase from April 7th

I love Prusa printers and was debating on ordering a Core One L, to replace my MK3S+, last week but didn't because it's hard to justify the cost especially when Bambu Labs have printers that are cheaper and just as capable. Prusa needs to figure out something on their prices.

Why I am disappointed of the Core One

This post is probably why they stopped selling assembly kits. No offence but when you order a kit you literally cannot expect a plug and play experience. How exactly would it be a plug and play experience anyway when you have to build your printer first? Secondly, why would you give you or any of us

CNC Kitchen review of the CORE One L

Yeah, Prusa needs to make a better case for their machines, and focus on their strengths. The question of "Who are these printers for?" is becoming less clear. Kinda appearing to me like they are focusing more on government contractors and businesses that have very stringent information security nee

State of the eco-system/ease of use

The differences aren't super large, but they are noticable: Loading / Unloading filamentThis imho is the biggest difference. With Bambu you load up the AMS with the spools you want, and worst case you specify the filaments on the printer / in studio. With a Core One you need to manually feed the fil

Prusa CORE One to CORE One+ upgrade

According to the product page: yes "Upgrade Your CORE One! Current CORE One owners can easily upgrade to the new CORE One+! You can either download the free print-it-yourself files from Printables or purchase the official upgrade kit from our e-shop." Seems like they still haven't uploaded these par

CORE One L Price increase from April 7th

Honestly, I’m at the point where I’m asking myself if Prusa is still living off its reputation. Back in the day, the i3 MK3S was a game changer for me. Coming from an Anycubic i3 Mega, it felt revolutionary. It just worked — reliable, consistent, amazing print quality. Prusa used to be the benchmark

Will there possibly be a INDX price decrease?

I'm actually curious on this. The 4 tool head version is $800, which they claim is because on x number of updates. My question is, is how did Snapmaker make a 4 tool head along with the entire printer which offers a bigger build volume for $800? while still making a profit? Prusa core one is $1300 f

CORE One L Price increase from April 7th

Currently you can even get a H2D + AMS for cheaper. It’s crazy. Having worked with a MK3S/MK4S and most recently a Core One I appreciate my P2S + AMS so much more. It prints better cleaner and faster while being more reliable and even detects failed prints automatically. I had one print fail which w

CORE One L Price increase from April 7th

The elephant in the room.. Support. It was rather cheap for them when all they had to support was a few bedslingers. But the failed launch of the xl, which must have cost them a lot in support, new parts, firmware fixes, then new parts again, and yet other firmware fixes.. Then the Core one.. VFA, b
