Why I am disappointed of the Core One

This post is probably why they stopped selling assembly kits. No offence but when you order a kit you literally cannot expect a plug and play experience. How exactly would it be a plug and play experience anyway when you have to build your printer first? Secondly, why would you give you or any of us

PSA: Let’s address the VFA

It's great to see your engineering response to VFA and that it is being taken seriously - I'm the guy who opened the thread on the Prusa forums about the release day Core One (Prebuilt) VFA https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-core-one-hardware-firmware-and-software-help/vfa-artifacts-on-xy-straigh

State of the eco-system/ease of use

The differences aren't super large, but they are noticable: Loading / Unloading filamentThis imho is the biggest difference. With Bambu you load up the AMS with the spools you want, and worst case you specify the filaments on the printer / in studio. With a Core One you need to manually feed the fil

Replaced the Buddy Camera with something cheaper!

at this printer price point, it's a joke from the start that no LIVE cameras are included. I mean, you can get a K2 Plus with two cameras and AMS for the same price. (I bought a Prusa Core One, so I encouraged the "problem")

CORE One L Price increase from April 7th

Honestly, I’m at the point where I’m asking myself if Prusa is still living off its reputation. Back in the day, the i3 MK3S was a game changer for me. Coming from an Anycubic i3 Mega, it felt revolutionary. It just worked — reliable, consistent, amazing print quality. Prusa used to be the benchmark

Me when Prusa releases a new model without a dedicated conversion kit for my 2012 i3

This meme is too true. I wonder how many tradeoff prusa have to do, to keep the kit from mk4 to core one.

Would you wait for Prusa INDEX/Core One L instead of buying H2C now?

On paper, the INDX is a more robust and efficient system compared to the Vortek. That said, INDX still isn't even out, let alone for the larger Core One L. Unless you want to be on the bleeding edge of a product release or have plenty of patience, then the INDX/Core One L may not be worth considerin

Prusa on Bambi’s AGPL Violaton

Yeah exactly. If this was actually how it works (and legally it may be by the letter of the license NAL) this is bad for the consumer not good. It makes it quite literally impossible for a company to build on top of any AGPL3 licensed product. You can hate some of Bambus actions all you want but you

Are there any comparisons of prints between the H2C and a CoreOne with INDX yet by chance?

i did not say anything else - but again: the default package ships with 4 nozzles with 0,4 mm by default + 1 AMS - since you can't mix different nozzle sizes in the same print at the moment - without buying extra hotends, you won't be using more than 4+1 hotends anyways you also could say, that on I

Now this is a proper 3d printer ad.

I have a Core One with the enclosed MMU3. I also have a Bambu X1C and original AMS. So far: The door of my core one is bent (the plastic is just warped directly from the factory) and won't stay closed properly unless I add additional magnets to the handle, and the handle consistently falls off (it's
