Nuphy sent me a broken keyboard, now wants me to buy a second keyboard

Wow, another reason to hate on Nuphy. Coming into a fucking hobby that was built on modding and make the most anti consumer decisions around. Nuphy making E-waste straight from the factory.

Nuphy sent me a broken keyboard, now wants me to buy a second keyboard

I’ve owned 2 Nuphy keyboards and both of them had battery bulge issues. Never again. Absolute garbage quality control.

New Nuphy Node 100 (THIS THING IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!)

I am in the same boat. Swapped my switches last night per their email recommendation and the issues followed the switch. Curious to see how Nuphy is going to remedy this.

Are there issues with Air75 V3?

Had mine for a few months with no issues. The thing with Nuphy (generally, not particular to any keyboard) is that their quality control and post-sales support isn't comparable to bigger companies, so (1) the chance of getting a defective keyboard seems to be relatively higher than if you bought fro

NuPhy AIR75 HE key stops registering after holding for a while

Nuphy keyboards are nice, but they are plagued with these issues. My Air75HE failed, and Nuphy won't support the warranty because products purchased on Amazon or eBay are not covered under their warranty, LOL. Luckily, I had bought insurance, and that took care of a refund. I got a new Field75 HE2,

Low profile keyboards that do not explode recommendations

The fact that Nuphy started to make their low profile keyboards so that you can't open it without breaking the frame made me loosing all respect for them. So just for this I won't buy any of their products. And looking at this post - good that I didn't. For the op particular case - if you can open i

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer - April 16, 2026

Hello, I have been searching for a keyboard for a long time, and I have come to the conclusion that I enjoy typing on my Thinkpad keyboard more than on my current mechanical keyboard (TECWARE Phantom 87). I can type faster and with more accuracy, the sound and feel are not that good tho. So I starte

Help me buy my first keyboard! Halo75 vs. Bridge75 pro vs. Rainy75

I suggested also looking for Amazon Certified Buyers comments, which are generally very good on the Halo75 v2 and Rainy75 So you trust paid reviewers over community reviewers? It's Amazon Verified Purchase Reviews; you get that company can hire people to "buy" the product, to leave nothing but posit
