Nuphy keyboards are nice, but they are plagued with these issues. My Air75HE failed, and Nuphy won't support the warranty because products purchased on Amazon or eBay are not covered under their warranty, LOL. Luckily, I had bought insurance, and that took care of a refund. I got a new Field75 HE2,

I haven't tried either of those, so I can't speak to a side by side comparison personally. I will add that I've had NuPhy boards in the past and the quality and support lacked quite a bit in my experience, but that's just my own experience, not a reflection on the whole. I love the Logi MX Keys boar
