Magic Keyboard without Touch ID is solid. However, if you want to switch between multiple devices then the NuPhy Air75 v3 is what I'm using. The layout differs slightly from the Magic Keyboard (and laptop layout) so it takes a bit of getting used to.

Just get a NuPhy Air75 V3, it comes in ISO-DE, fits over the Air's keyboard, gives you a real keyboard experience.
