Sony SMC-210 Executive Workstation 1986
I was thinking getting a Steam Deck and a NuPhy Air60 V2 keyboard for a similar look as that Executive Workstation. I love this style of computers.

Lost in wireless mechanical keyboards - need your advice!
couch gaming with 8k wireless is a tough combo. the NuPhy Air60 HE hits all your marks - 8k polling over 2.4ghz, 60% layout fits lap better than 75%, and it's actually lightweight. tmr is nice but he will give you that rapid trigger for shooters. womier sk75 is great but it's a brick for couch use.

Choosing a first HE board
ran into this same choice last month. epomaker software is indeed a bit clunky, but the board itself felt solid. the akko software is smoother if you plan to tweak settings often. another one i'd throw in the ring is the NuPhy Air60 HE if low-profile is your thing — software is way more intuitive an

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer - November 30, 2025
I keep going back to my modded Nuphy Air60 v2. Been in the hobby for a few years, have built 5 awesome creamy keyboards but i continue to find myself going back to my Air60. Anyone else have a similar experience? It does not feel as good, sound as good or look as good as my customs but something abo

Keyboard Recommendations for Mac?
One thing you need to consider on the Mac is the keyboard support software, what's commonly called a "driver" though it's not normally a driver in the ordinary sense, it's a management and configuration tool. Anyway, only two companies consistently support Apple in their driver software, that's Skyl

Wooting 80he Alternative
i was in the same boat before the wooting prices hurt my soul lol. check out the keychron k2 he - it's hall effect like the wooting and around $150. the nuphy air60 he is another good option if 60% works for you. for iso nordic specifically, ducky one 3 comes in that layout and has great gaming perf

Trying to help a buddy track down his old gaming keyboard
tracking down something that old is always a scavenger hunt. have you checked ebay saved searches and set up alerts? also worth posting in r/mechmarket with a buying post - sometimes collectors have rare stuff tucked away. if you can't find the original, there are some modern low-profile acrylic boa

Air75 v3 vs air60 he for steam deck use
I returned Air75 for Air60 on my travel keyboard. Air75 is kinda bulky.

Purely for gaming performance, should I build my own or buy prebuilt?
Looking at kits, honestly if you're not sure about building one yourself(its easy, but its a whole thing) and wanting the lowest latency you should really consider a wired board. Any wireless board will have much higher latency whether its through 2.4 dongle or Bluetooth. I use wired only, and I jus
