Project farm LTT back pack

I got the travel version of the Nomatic backpack, via Costco next, for $180 which was an insane deal. Love the bag. Was potentially going to go LTT backpack but wanted something that could be more versatile with the 20L to 30L change you could make.

Help with 2 backpacks!

Maybe check out the Nomatic Travel Pack. It is the perfect 20L size for daily commutes and expands to 30L for longer trips. It has a ton of organization and has been a dream for me so far. Only caveats are to double check the dimensions of the laptop compartment. I have a 16 inch acer predator lapto

Downvoting Light Travelers - What is WRONG with you people?

When I was working in Africa and needed tech, I always used a roller briefcase in addition to a carry-on. Putting all that weight on my back and jamming my clothes around it didn't make sense. It was only on rare occasions that I needed to carry everything on my back. Sure, one bag it when you can b

Train driver/engineer searching for a new backpack

I think one of the Nomatic travel bags will work for you. https://www.nomatic.com/collections/travel-bags/products/the-nomatic-travel-pack The 20L version expands to 30L. Lots of pockets. Not sure if it has the laptop and iPad sleeve like their 20L regular Backpack (which expands to 24L). I love my

A universal backpack - does something like that even exist?

It's called expandable Backpack. E.g.: Thule Subterra 2 26 (l expands to 32l); Thule Aion 28 (l expands to 32l); Osprey Daylite 26+6 (l); Almond Oak The Expandable Travel Backpack 25L + 5L! All around 100-150€ For your specifics I think the Aion or Almond Oak could be fitting. They have a good amoun

Looking for a Backpack for school and travel

I think everyone here has already given some great options. Just to throw my two cents into the mix: Matador Globerider 35 might be perfect for you. Plenty of space, solid admin pocket, kangaroo pouch in the front for jackets/gym shoes. And one of the larger water bottle holders i’ve seen on a bag.

Recommendations - For frequent travel.

For a VERY similar load out I just ordered a Nomatic 20l. It has a good solid back panel to protect the Mac and iPad. There's a bunch of pockets and out can expand to a 30l capacity too

Backpack for a digital nomad

Not saying it is perfect but maybe check out the Nomatic Travel Pack. It has expansion from 20L(EDC) to 30L(travel) and it has gotten the job done for me and my digital nomad needs. It can be a bit rigid but i can’t seem to part with it. You could also check out tropicfeel’s Hive plus the SEE cube.

Looking for a new backpack

I have the Nomatic Travel Pack (20L) and it's a great EDC/commuter bag. There's a good amount of organization for cords and power adapters in the front compartment and a small top pocket which is perfect for sunglasses (it has a soft lining to prevent scratching). In the laptop compartment, there ar

Looking for a backpack for College

I've been using an Nomatic Convertable 20L to 24L backpack for some time now. I keep it as 20L for EDC and expand to 24L when I have a short 1-3 day work trip or go camping. It's really tech savvy with all the pockets you want. However I usually have a tech pouch for my gear since I'm using a messen
