Received Counterfeit Pro Controller though Walmart.com (3rd party seller, Fulfilled by Walmart)

Was really excited to get a (Switch 1) pro controller this week and Walmart has them on sale for $42. I was loosely aware of counterfeits on the market, but I never thought I would receive one from Walmart! Turns out I should have dug into the one-star reviews on the official nintendo switch pro co

Reasons for posting:

I’m annoyed. Hopefully this will spare some of you the trouble I went through.

This is an update for everyone on the quality of fakes out there. A casual consumer probably would not catch this fake if it was their first p

DISCLAIMER: Before I start, I apologize for the poor image quality, as for some reason, you can only upload 1 image per post on the Steam Deck reddit for some reason now. So, I apologize for the low quality.

Do you think the Switch Pro Controller will be compatible with the Switch 2 ?

The Switch games are backward compatible, but what about the flagship controller for the Switch? It was pricey, so I hope I won't have to get another one when I upgrade.

Anyone know how long it took for the original Switch Pro controller to be compatible with Windows 11/Steam?

We're almost 4 months post-launch for the Switch 2 and Switch 2 Pro Controller and there is still not a lick of compatibility with PC. Surely the OG didnt take this long? The S2 procon is my favourite controller I own and its very frustrating having to deal with messy workarounds for Windows functio

Best Controller to get for Emulator AND PC games?

Xbox, DS4, Steam or the Nintendo Switch Pro controller?

I mainly only play PC games and recently got the emulator just to play BoTW and maybe Mario Odyssey and Luigi's Mansion once those are stable on Yuzu. I know BoTW uses gyro controls for like 2-3 shrines and bow aiming.

I like the layout of th

Has someone else finded that the Switch Pro Controller is not worth it??

After giving much though, I don't really have a reason to get a Pro Controller over 2 Joy-Cons, I thought that the Grip mode is good enough and that, aside of the D-pad and the fact that you can connect it to PC, there are more cons than pros (no pun intended) over getting it.

I held off on getting another Switch Pro Controller as the one I have has stick drift now and dint wanna pay so much for the Switch 2 Pro Controller. I'm getting a EasySMX S10.

They've proven before they can make amazing controllers. Comes in back and white. It's coming out in 3 weeks. It can wake up the Switch 2, can be used on Switch 2 and others like PC and Bluetooth. It has TMR sticks (magnetic sticks so it won't have stick drift) and if you get it now it's even lower

Why does the switch pro controller cost so much?

It costs somewhere around 70 euros, while not having features that the dualshock 4 controller (that was 60 euros at launch but can be bought for way cheaper now) has, like analog triggers, a way to connect wired headphones, built in speaker and a touch pad. I do know that the switch pro controller h
