Huge sale right now on the dragon with 8inch subs btw. I’ve never seen it this low of a cost to get base dragon. There are different options. The base model comes with 8 inch subs. Bravia 7 II Firmware Update
Yes! I've only had this happen twice so far but so glad someone else just mentioned it. 85" Bravia 9ii here, Nakamichi Dragon, eARC. Only mitigated by completely disconnecting power.

Never going back to a TV
Idk man. Maybe with a cheaper setup. I have a Nakamichi Dragon with the dual subs that I bought refurbished for under $2200. My friend has a dedicated theater room and spent around 5K on his audio setup. We both agree that the Nakamichi comes scary close to beating his. In some ways it does and for

Recommendations for surround stands cheaper than Nakamichis
These are what I consider better than the Nakamichi stands IMO. They perfectly fit the Dragon surrounds and the top mount plate pivots so you can directionally point the surrounds.
